Scripture doesn't say, but I believe that it was one of Cain's sisters. I believe that although the world had been stained by sin by that point, there wasn't enough genetic corruption yet to cause birth problems, etc. if relatives produced offspring. Brian

But except for that his only choice would have been sisters. I've heard people on FSTDT claim he engaged in bestiality, but then, these are the same people that vilify black people for no reason other than the color of their skin. There are a lot of legends related to the OT stories. It seems unnecessary, however, to appeal to any concept beyond that of a sister in accounting for Cain's wife.

In 400 years time, his siblings could have had a lot of children of their own and so on, giving him a selection to choose from. At least, that is what makes sense to me.
