Given the recent plague of KJV Onylers lately, of whom a coherent argument has nary to be heard from, I am proposing a BVDB Opposite Day. This will be a day
where we can give or intellectually challenged bretheren a break from tilting at windmills, and defend the KJV ourselves.
Imagine: an entire day, filled with posts from people who can maintain coherent thoughts - all working towards the common cause of defending the fantasy of the KJV-O!
Meanwhile,. our belegured bretheren in the KJV-O camp can put on the right foot of fellowship and try advocacy from a position of coherence! Maybe we will have to assign a roster....
Maybe we'll have Will Kinny argue for the NIV. We'll give Matt V. the Bible in Basic English. FOB will be assigned to the New English Bible. If Jerry Rose comes back, he can take the NRSV.
