I've put online ( www.westcotthort.com ) the Preface, Table of Contents, and first two chapters of "The Historic Faith". I'm looking for feedback on the format: page layout, flow and navigation, etc. before I add too much more. Look good? Look bad? I want to preserve the original book layout (line breaks, page breaks, page numbering, etc.).
